Niteron is software. It is not a law firm, a chartered accountancy practice, an insurance broker, or a registered investment adviser, and it does not provide legal, tax, financial, insurance, or medical advice. Outputs are informational and are intended to help you understand a situation and prepare for it, including preparing to instruct a qualified professional. They are not a substitute for advice from one.

Using Niteron does not create an attorney-client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or any other professional or advisory relationship between you and Niteron Private Limited. Nothing you submit through the product is protected by attorney-client privilege.

You may use Niteron for lawful personal purposes, including matters you are personally involved in such as disputes, claims, filings, contracts, and proceedings affecting you or your household. You may not use it to provide regulated professional services to third parties, or to generate documents you present as the work of a licensed professional.

Niteron is instructed to cite its sources and to state when information is unconfirmed, but outputs may still be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for verifying anything that carries consequences, for meeting your own deadlines, and for the decisions you make. Do not rely solely on the product for a decision that binds you.

You are responsible for your account security, the accuracy of your billing details, and any activity that occurs under your credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niteron Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a missed deadline, a rejected filing, an adverse outcome, or reliance on an output. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before commencing proceedings, please raise the issue through the contact page so we have an opportunity to resolve it.
